New:The original room block at $186/night is sold out during the peak nights of the conference. The conference organizers have negotiated with the Marriott and investigated other hotels in the area. The Marriott has agreed to expand our room block at the rate of $299 per night. There are a limited number of rooms left on the off peak nights at the original conference rate. You may still reserve a room at the original rate on the off peak nights while they last. You will need to pay the increased price for the other nights. To take advantage of the dual rate, you must register by phone. The organizers have checked with other hotels in the area and no other full service hotel gave us a rate of less than $299.
Thank you for your understanding.

This information will be compiled into separate lists for male/female respondents and distributed by email. You will be responsible for contacting and screening prospective roommates from that list and making your own hotel reservations and arrangements.
Please note that this service is a resource to merely locate potential roommates, not to match specific individuals together. In so doing, neither the organizers nor WiC will be held responsible for any situations that arise as a result of room sharing between particular parties. In addition, this service will end after June 15, 2007. Therefore, given also the limited availability of reduced rate rooms at the Conference hotel, interested individuals should send in their above information as early as possible.
The Organizing Committee of the 2007 ACC would like to thank WiC and
Amanda Young for organizing this Roommate Location Service.
